Rosreestr awarded the best registrars and inspectors of 2023. Who is the best in Crimea and Sevastopol?

Sevastopol hosted the “Results of the Year” event, at which employees of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol and Sevreestr employees received departmental awards.

I am pleased to welcome all participants in today’s event dedicated to summing up the results of 2023 for the implementation of public services in the field of real estate registration in the territory of Sevastopol. Despite the difficulties that arose, we continued to move forward and achieved significant results. I would like to express my gratitude to each of you for your contribution to the development of public services of Rosreestr, — the press service quotes the head of the Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Olesya Kalinkina.

In the nomination “Registrar of the Year” the winner was Olga Aleksandrovna Komarova, second place – Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Lapina and third place – Svetlana Igorevna Sadykova.

In the “Inspector of the Year” nomination, the winner was Evgeniy Nikolaevich Garkavchenko, second place was Denis Viktorovich Vakhmyanin.

Enormous daily work is carried out by Sevreestr in the field of registration of rights and accounting of real estate objects; in 2023, the department received more than 80 thousand applications for the provision of public services of Rosreestr and 7 thousand transactions were registered. The number of registrations for mortgages increased by 54%, and for equity participation agreements by 69%.

Steady growth throughout 2023 was demonstrated by statistics on filing applications for mortgages and equity participation agreements electronically. In general, in Sevastopol the indicator of electronic services increased by 19%. Thanks to organized work to transform the mortgage market into a digital format, the number of such transactions increased to 88.5%.
