Rosreestr in numbers for Crimea and Sevastopol: statistics for the past year

Head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Olesya Kalinkina spoke about the main indicators and dynamics of development of Rosreestr services over the past year: “2023 was a very busy year, despite all the difficulties, we continued to move forward and achieved significant results. Currently, the Unified State Register of Real Estate for the city of Sevastopol contains information on more than 156 thousand capital construction projects, 116 thousand land plots and 233 thousand premises and parking spaces. Information about new real estate objects appears in the register every day.”
In 2023, Sevreestr received more than 80 thousand applications for the provision of public services of Rosreestr and 7 thousand transactions were registered. State registration of real estate under mortgage transactions and equity participation agreements in construction showed dynamic growth.
Separately, I would like to note the demand for electronic services of Rosreestr. In general, in Sevastopol the indicator of electronic services increased by 19%. Thanks to organized work to transform the mortgage market into a digital format, the number of such transactions increased to 88.5%. In addition, as part of our work with developers, we managed to increase the share of electronic registration of participation agreements in shared construction — 86.3%. Our achievements would not have been possible without established interaction with city authorities, with our colleagues from the educational sphere, partners who represent the banking community and notaries. Our achievements are impossible without people who perform their duties at a high level,” the press service quotes Olesya Kalinkina.
