Rosreestr's project «Electronic mortgage in one day» is being implemented on the territory of Sevastopol

The project «Electronic mortgage in one day» allows you to save time and in the shortest possible time to issue a mortgage in electronic form and receive ownership of real estate almost the next day after contacting the bank. In the future, the spread of electronic transactions with real estate will significantly speed up the registration of property rights. All participants in the transaction receive registered documents in electronic form. In 2022 year, Sevreestr accepted 3273 applications for registration of mortgages, of which 2004 applications were received in electronic form (61% of the total).

The absence of excessive paperwork and the possibility for applicants to receive a full package of services from a credit institution within the framework of the One-Day Electronic Mortgage project makes it possible to significantly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Sevreestr’s activities as a registering authority, and for applicants this is an opportunity to promptly obtaining the results of the provision of public services without a personal visit to the offices for receiving documents and the MFC , — quotes the press service of the head of the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol Artem Fadeev.

Thanks to the joint work of the registration authority with the banking community, citizens make transactions and register property rights, restrictions in the form of a mortgage within a day, without visiting state bodies.

Ensuring the maximum transition to an electronic format for the provision of services should become not only a priority in the work of Rosreestr, but also of financial and credit institutions.
