Rosreestr began sending notifications to the owners of objects located in the territories of integrated cadastral works (KKR) as part of the federal program.

For the information of the copyright holders of land, who received notifications of the beginning of the CCR:

Complex cadastral work — This is a free opportunity to clarify the boundaries of land, residential buildings and non -residential buildings at the expense of the state.

Federal program of KKR — This is profitable:

— If you yourself order cadastral work from the engineer, then they will not enter the state program and will be paid at your account.

— From March 1, 2025, transactions with plots without established borders will be impossible, as well as registration of houses on such lands.
