Rosstat: commissioning of housing in Sevastopol for January-March 2023 decreased by 15.8%

In January-March 2023, reports Portal Single resource of developers, 161.8 thousand m2 of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 15.8%, or 30.4 thousand m2 less than in the same period in 2022.

In March 2023, 46.7 thousand m² of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 43.3%, or 35.6 thousand m² less than in the same period in 2022. Lagging behind the pace of housing commissioning in relation to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol after a positive trend last month.

Among the 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 53rd in terms of housing commissioning for March 2023. In terms of the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning compared to the same month last year, the region ranked 75th, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth, the region was in 78th place.

In January-March 2023, in terms of housing commissioning, Sevastopol ranks 52nd among 85 regions of the Russian Federation. According to the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning for the specified period, the region took 70th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth — 71st place.
