Rosstat: commissioning of housing in Sevastopol in January-April 2023 decreased by 29.2%

In January-April 2023, 185.9 thousand m were commissioned in Sevastopol2 housing. This is by 29.2%, or by 76.6 thousand m2 less than the same period in 2022.
In April 2023, 24.1 thousand m² of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 65.7%, or 46.2 thousand m² less than in the same period in 2022. The lag behind the pace of housing commissioning in relation to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol for the second month in a row. Among the 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 64th in terms of housing commissioning in April 2023. According to the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning in relation to the same month last year, the region took 76th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth, the region was in 84th placeexperts say Portal of the Unified Resource of Developers.
In January-April 2023, in terms of housing commissioning, Sevastopol ranks 54th among 85 regions of the Russian Federation.
