Rosstat: housing commissioning in Sevastopol decreased in January-June 2024

In January-June 2024, 131.4 thousand m were commissioned in Sevastopol2 housing. This is 41.9%, or 94.9 thousand m2 less than for the same period in 2023.
In June 2024, 40.3 thousand m² of housing were commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 72.4%, or 16.9 thousand m² more than in the same period of 2023. The rate of housing commissioning in Sevastopol has been ahead of the previous year for the second month in a row. Among 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 57th in terms of housing commissioning in June 2024. In terms of the dynamics of absolute growth in housing commissioning in relation to the same month last year, the region took 30th place, and in terms of relative growth, the region was in 14th place, — the press service of ERZ.RF reports.
For January-June 2024, Sevastopol ranks 76th among 85 regions of the Russian Federation in terms of housing commissioning. In terms of absolute growth in housing commissioning for the specified period, the region ranks 76th, and in terms of relative growth, 84th.
