In January — May 2024, 91.1 thousand m were commissioned in Sevastopol2 housing. This is by 55.1%, or 111.8 thousand m2 less than for the same period in 2023.
In May 2024, 18.2 thousand m² of housing were commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 7.1%, or 1.2 thousand m² more than for the same period in 2023.
An increase in the pace of housing commissioning compared to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol for the first time after four months of negative dynamics.
Among 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 75th in terms of housing commissioning for May 2024. In terms of the dynamics of absolute growth in housing commissioning compared to the same month last year, the region took 50th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth, the region was in 48th place.
For January — May 2024, in terms of housing commissioning, Sevastopol ranks 77th among 85 regions of the Russian Federation. In terms of the dynamics of absolute growth in housing commissioning over the specified period, the region took 75th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth — 85th place.
