Russia Day: Sergei Aksyonov presented awards to adult Crimeans, and passports to teenagers

The Head of the Republic of Crimea, during a ceremony dedicated to Russia Day, presented awards to Crimeans working in various industries. Sergei Aksyonov congratulated those present on the upcoming holiday and emphasized that since the return of Crimea to their historical homeland, all Crimeans have acted as a united front, as a single team of President Vladimir Putin.
Thanks to the work and support of ordinary Crimeans, we are moving forward in the systematic development of Crimea and Russia. What has been done over these ten years is worthy of great respect. Today, our support is also expressed in assistance – both in word and in deed – to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Everyone contributes to the cause of common Victory– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.
Next, Sergey Aksyonov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea: the Order of “Parental Glory”, medals of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” II degree, Suvorov Medal, honorary title “Honored Worker of Local Government of the Russian Federation”, Certificates of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation, Gratitude President of the Russian Federation, title “Honorary Worker of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia”, Order “For Fidelity to Duty”, Medal “For Distinction in Labor”, Medal “Parental Valor”, Certificates of Honor of the Head of the Republic of Crimea, Certificates of Honor of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Gratitude of the Head of the Republic Crimea, Distinctive sign “Watch from the Head of the Republic of Crimea”.
As part of the event, Sergei Aksyonov also presented the first passports of citizens of the Russian Federation to 14-year-old residents of the Republic of Crimea. According to the Head of the Republic, Crimean youth are distinguished by their activity, verified pro-state position, and patriotism.
