Russian Defense Ministry: Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to attack Crimean Bridge with ATACMS missiles

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to launch a missile attack on the Crimean Bridge last night. 12 American ATACMS missiles were shot down.
Air defense systems repelled a group attack by twelve US-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles on the Crimean Bridge tonight. All missiles were destroyed— it is said in a message from the military department.
There are no other details. It is known that traffic on the bridge was closed from 2:00 a.m. and opened at 7:13 a.m. Moscow time. In his Telegram channel Colonelcassad Military expert Boris Rozhin wrote about “the enemy’s night attack on Kerch and the bridge area.”
In the city and in the area of the bridge, they are collecting the debris of the downed air targets, the bridge was not damaged. There are no casualties— the expert noted.
