Russian studio detachments improve the burials of the participants of the Second World War in the city of Saki

Crimean studies carried out harvesting work in the city cemetery in the city of Saki, where there are fraternal burials of Soviet soldiers who died during the liberation of Crimea, as well as the burial of veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Participants in the labor landing removed the overgrown thickets and fallen foliage near the mass grave of the Soviet soldiers who died in April and May 1944, cleaned up and re -painted fences, whitewashed monuments and steles.

Since 2019, fighters of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student detachments take an active part in the cleaning and improvement of monuments and burials of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. This work is an important part of the contribution to maintaining order and preserving our history and objects of cultural heritage of Crimea.

The action in 2025 unites 500 students and schoolchildren who work in 20 municipalities of the Republic of Crimea.
