Saki intend to invest about 180 million rubles in the improvement of the tourist center.

Within the framework of the national project “Tourism and hospitality”, state support will be provided in the amount of 179.9 million rubles to the city district of Saki for the achievement of indicators of the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of Tourism”, namely for the project for the development of public territories of the municipality, including measures to arrangement of the tourist center of the city in 2025— quotes the message TASS.

It is clarified that a single architectural space with pedestrian zones, decorative architectural forms, lighting and video surveillance will be created in Saki. Here they equip a modern tourist navigation system and infrastructure for low -mobility. Improvement will contribute to the development of the sanatorium-resort sphere in order to restore the status of Crimea as an all-Russian health resort.

The tourist flow in the Republic of Crimea in 2024 amounted to 6.06 million people, which is 16% more than in 2023. Most of all tourists were visited by the southern coast of Crimea — about 50%. Another 24% rested on the west coast, 15% on the eastern, 11% in Simferopol and the closest to it Simferopol and Bakhchisaray districts.
