Saturdays hold 23% of Crimean companies

Every fifth company periodically conducts subbotniks. Women older than 45 years old are more often ready to participate in such events on free. In a service survey Superjob Employed economically active citizens and representatives of personnel services of enterprises from Crimea took part.
Each fourth resident of Crimea takes part in subbotniks at work: 24% at free, 3% — for ruins, 1% for additional payment. 21% do not respond to calls to take part in subbotniks. 46% of employees reported that subbotniks are not held in their organizations. 5% do not know whether such a practice exists in their company, most often this applies to recently hired employees.
Men evade participation in subbotniks more often women: 25% versus 17%, respectively. The older the respondents, the less often they ignore participation in socially useful work: among young people under 35, 29%act in the same way, and only 14%among the inhabitants of Crimea over 45. Moreover, women and employees are over 45 years old — those who most often show the initiative in matters of maintaining cleanliness and order without additional payment.
According to the survey, today subbotniks are held in 23% of companies: at 13%, such events take place during working hours, at 10% — on weekends. When planning a subbotnik, the employer should remember several important points to Do not break the law.
