School No. 13 is being overhauled in Yalta. With deadlines missed…
CrimeaPRESS reports:
According to the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, the previous contractor who was involved in the renovation of school No. 13 turned out to be unscrupulous. He not only delayed the work and missed all deadlines, but also carried it out poorly.
The contract was terminated and the materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies. A new contractor has been identified and is now correcting the mistakes of his predecessor. For example, the reinforcement of load-bearing structures is being redesigned. The rough work has already been 75% completed and the dismantling has been completed. The floor is being screeded on the first floor, the second floor is 50% ready, and painting work is underway on the third. The façade has noticeably changed — we are making it, following the example of school No. 12, with travertine, says the head of the Yalta administration and emphasizes that the facility should be commissioned in the spring,” the press service quotes the head of the administration.
More than 30 people work at the site every day, and their number will increase during finishing. Monitoring of school overhauls on a daily basis.
