In Crimea, applications for educational courses “School of Guides” have begun. The program is implemented by the “My Business” center with the support of the Ministry of Resorts and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea. Training is provided free of charge. All graduates will receive a state diploma.
According to Tourist portal of Crimea, the new educational stream of the “School of Guides” starts on April 8. The training will take three months. Those who have not yet participated in the project can become students: individuals, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, and self-employed people. Students of the “School of Guides” will study the history, culture and gastronomy of Crimea, master the skills of effectively conducting tours and interacting with a group, and learn how to organize excursions taking into account the needs of different age and social groups. Training will be held in full-time and part-time format. Graduates will receive state diplomassays the publication.

Educational courses “School of Guides” started in Crimea in 2022. The project is being implemented by the “My Business” center within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises”.
From 2022 to 2023, 190 people completed training at the School of Guides. Subsequently, its graduates and with their participation created the Crimean Travel and Excursion Bureau and the Interregional Association for the Development of Agro-Industrial Tourism (MARAT). Also in 2023, the School of Guides received the federal My Business award in the Involvement in Entrepreneurship category.
