Schoolchildren and students of Crimea receive a federal social payment for retirement during the part -time job on vacation

During the period of labor activity, the federal social surcharge will be preserved from those schoolchildren and students who will choose summer work in student detachments or employed in the direction of the employment service. This order is valid for children under 18 years of age and students under 23 years old, studying in the main educational programs.

It is not necessary to report periods of work in the direction of the Center for Employment (including participation in public work). The Department of SFR in the Republic of Crimea will receive information on employment in the framework of interagency interaction with the Central Committee forces. Society will be saved automatically.

If labor activity is carried out in a student department under an employment contract during the holidays, it is necessary to provide a package of documents to the client service of the Republican branch of the SFR:

• Certificate of training in an educational organization.
• A certificate from the university/osuza about the period of the holidays (or a certified copy of the order on the schedule of study).
• A certificate of membership in a student unit (issued by an organization from the federal or regional register of youth associations).
• Information about the employment contract concluded and its terms.

In case of official employment, periods of summer part -time work are counted in the length of service, pension coefficients are accrued, which directly affects the size of the future insurance pension.

It is important to remember!

• The formation of pension rights (experience and coefficients) occurs only with official employment with the “white” salary.
• Since 2021, at the first employment, an electronic work book (ETK) has been issued.
• ETK allows you to always have relevant information about your experience, accumulated pension coefficients and labor activities through a personal account on the public services portal.
• Be sure to have SNILS for registration in the pension insurance system.

Payments to schoolchildren and students who have employed independently or underwent paid practice will be resumed after the termination of labor activity from the next month.
