CrimeaPRESS reports:

Prices for secondary housing in the Republic of Crimea are 27% higher than the Russian average, it was reported TASS in the Ministry of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the region.

Prices on the primary housing market in Crimea in 2024 are almost 13% higher than the average price in the Southern Federal District (only in the city of Sevastopol), while 11% lower than the average price in the Russian Federation as a whole. On the secondary housing market, the price is 27% higher than in the Russian Federation as a whole, which is due to the resort attractiveness of the region— the message says.

The Ministry of Housing Policy of the Republic specified that in 2024, the average price per 1 sq. m. on the primary housing market in the region is 152,716 rubles, on the secondary market — 140,476 rubles.

According to the ministry, the total volume of housing commissioned in the region over 10 years amounted to 7.28 million square meters, with 2023 being the record year, when 1.22 million square meters of housing were commissioned. Long-term indicators significantly exceed the volume of housing commissioned in the republic before the peninsula’s reunification with Russia: 4.9 million square meters of housing were commissioned in 2004-2013.

In 2024, they intend to maintain the positive dynamics of housing commissioning and achieve the figure of no less than 2023, the ministry explained. By 2030, it is planned to increase the volume of housing commissioning to 1.5 million square meters per year. Currently, 224 residential buildings with a total area of 2.1 million square meters (living area — 1.2 million square meters) are being built in the region with a commissioning date of up to the fourth quarter of 2028.
