Security at polling stations in Sevastopol is ensured by employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations

On March 15, the election of the President of the Russian Federation began in Sevastopol. Over the course of three days, voting will take place at 187 polling stations, which are located at 133 sites. At each of them, employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia are on duty.
Specialists of the supervisory body of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia thoroughly checked each facility the day before: they assessed the provision of fire safety standards, the availability and serviceability of primary fire extinguishing equipment, automatic fire alarm and warning devices, the condition and accessibility of evacuation routes and emergency exits— reported the emergency department.
The first day of voting in the Sevastopol region passed without incident.
