Selective federal statistical observation of the state of public health will be held in Crimea

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Selective federal statistical monitoring of the health of the population in 2023 in Crimea will be carried out from September 4 to October 3.

Selective observation will be carried out: in 15 sites in urban areas and in 14 sites in rural areas, a total of 29 sites were selected in Crimea (Appendix).

Selective observation of the state of health of the population will provide an opportunity to obtain relevant socio-demographic and socio-economic information about the current state of health of the population of the republic.

The main directions of the Observation Program:

  • age and sex composition of the population;
  • the level of education;
  • marital status;
  • the state of health of the respondent;
  • diet;
  • social well-being;
  • physical culture and sports;
  • daily physical activity;
  • bad habits of the population;
  • anthropometric indicators.

The questionnaire is completed for the household as a whole, for adults and children.

The results of the Selective Observation of the Health of the Population will be published by Rosstat in December 2023 on the portal www.rosstat.gov.ru throughout the country.

Krymstat is working with the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea to assist in organizing interaction between the territorial internal affairs bodies and Krymstat on the protection of public order during the survey, ensuring the safety of interviewers.
