September 30 — Day of reunification of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with Russia

Congratulations from the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk, on the Day of Reunification of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with Russia.

A new memorable date has appeared in the holiday calendar of our country — the Day of Reunification of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with Russia. It is timed to coincide with the signing on September 30, 2022 of agreements on the inclusion of new territories into the Russian Federation.

At the historic referendum, our brothers exercised their legal right and made a fateful decision — to become part of a huge country, a friendly and united family of peoples.

In the DPR, 99.23% voted for joining, in the LPR — 98.42%, in the Zaporozhye region — 93.11%, in the Kherson region — 87.05%. It was the free expression of the will of millions of people, based on the desire for justice, the desire to determine their own future, to raise children in their native language, in their native culture and traditions. We will always remember the heroes — brave soldiers and militiamen — who gave their lives for peace and freedom of their native land, we will always be grateful to the defenders of the Motherland for their courage and bravery.

Today, despite all the difficulties, new regions are developing, apartment buildings and roads are being built, educational, healthcare, cultural and sports facilities are being modernized, and the housing and communal services system is being put in order. Life is gradually getting better. I am sure that together we will overcome all challenges.
