Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of Sevastopol can apply for participation in three grant competitions. They will be in September. From 1 to 00 September, a competition will be held to provide grants for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities . Grants for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities are one of the anti-crisis measures to support the Government of the Russian Federation. I invite entrepreneurs of Sevastopol to take the opportunity and take part in the competition, which will open on September 1 and will last only 10 days. Applications must be submitted in electronic form in accordance with the criteria of the competition , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the city’s tourism department, Larisa Ostapenko.
It will be possible to implement projects using the grant funds on recreational lands. The amount of support for one module is 50% of its cost, but not more than 1.5 million rubles. As part of one project, it is necessary to build at least ten year-round modular non-capital accommodation facilities by the end of this year.
Sevastopol, after the approval of the application by the Federal Tourism Agency, received 150 million rubles for this competition. These funds will allow the construction of at least 99 modular hotels.
Also in September, a competition will be held to provide grants for the development of tourism infrastructure — the creation and development of beaches. The competition will open on September 5 and will last until 14 September. Applications will be accepted electronically on the portal of the Federal Agency for Tourism, where a list of required documents for participation in the competition will be posted in the coming days.
As part of the grant support for the creation and development of beaches, city entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to create new and develop existing beaches on the shores of the seas, rivers, lakes, reservoirs or other water bodies of the city of Sevastopol. It will also be possible to purchase equipment, inventory, equipment, leisure products designed to provide tourism activities and increase accessibility for people with disabilities. At the same time, the grant applicant in the form of a beach operator undertakes to implement a new project that is not included in the beach improvement agreement, i.e. in excess of the obligations of the contract , — says the head of the tourism department.
The amount of the grant for one project for the creation and development of beaches is no more than 10 million rubles with the condition of co-financing of each project in the amount of at least 14% of private investments. The project must be completed before the end of this year.
The total budget of the competition is 31, 5 million rubles. It is planned to support at least eight projects with these funds.
In addition, from September 7 to 16 September, a competition for grants for the development of tourism infrastructure will be opened. Applications will also be accepted in electronic form on the portal of the Federal Tourism Agency.
The grant will be provided for the creation of new author’s routes and excursions, electronic guides for tourist routes, including mobile applications and audio guides, arrangement of a tourist environment for people with disabilities, development of new routes, purchase of equipment for tourist information centers, rental points, including children’s complexes.
“No more than 3 million rubles with the condition of co-financing of each project in the amount of at least 14% of private investments can be received by an entrepreneur from Sevastopol .
