Sergei Aksyonov awarded the winners of the competition-festival of children's creativity “Crimea in my heart”

The Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, took part in the award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the republican open festival-competition of children’s creativity “Crimea in My Heart”.

Before the start of the ceremonial part, Sergei Aksyonov talked with the Chairman of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic Artem Zhoga, as well as with the children participating in the festival. Next, the Head of the Republic got acquainted with the exhibition of works by students of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Preschool Education of the Republic of Crimea “Palace of Children and Youth Creativity”.

Addressing those present during the ceremony, Sergei Aksyonov noted that such events not only help the younger generation to demonstrate their abilities, but also form an active life position, patriotism and love for the Motherland.

We look at these guys and understand that our future lies with them. It is these young people who will determine and build the future of our country, putting their soul and heart into its developmentsaid the Head of the Republic, noting the responsibility and determination of young Crimeans as defining qualities.

The head of Crimea added that currently the main task of all Russians is to support the President and his decisions.

Time has shown how correct the decision to conduct a special military operation was. We must remain a support for our historical regions, which were able to reunite with the Motherland, like Crimea 10 years ago, as well as for the Armed Forces, which carry out their combat missions, defending our right to sovereignty and freedom,” the Head of the Republic of Crimea emphasized.

Sergey Aksyonov presented awards to the winners of the republican portfolio competition of peers of the 2014 Crimean referendum “Crimean start of great success”. In addition, the winning team of the competition “Crimea is the heart of a big country”, organized for student self-government of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, was awarded for the best action for the 10th anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia. More than 1,700 teams from 59 regions took part in this competition. The winners were representatives of the local branch of the “First Movement” in the city of Kursk, Kursk region.
