Sergei Aksyonov spoke at a festive rally-concert in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Crimean Spring

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, spoke via teleconference at a festive meeting and concert in honor of the 10th anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia, which took place in Moscow, on Red Square.

Sergei Aksyonov congratulated the Russians on the Day of Reunification of Crimea with Russia and emphasized that for Crimeans this is a holiday of unity and love for the Motherland.

This is a holiday for our entire beloved country — a strong and sovereign power that is looking to the future. It is reflected in the fate of each of ussaid the Head of Crimea.

The Head of the Republic noted that 10 years have passed very quickly, becoming a symbol of freedom and development, great significant achievements.

The Crimean dream came true thanks to the wise and courageous decisions of our President. These decisions reflect the will of the entire Russian people. Thanks to our Leader! Thank you to our fellow citizens for your help, support and understanding in difficult times for us.— the Head of the Republic of Crimea expressed gratitude.

Sergei Aksyonov also clarified that together the Crimeans and Russians went through many trials, but today the general struggle continues.

First of all, this is a struggle for the return of ancestral Russian lands, for the freedom and safety of our compatriots. This struggle continues on the fronts of a special military operation. It continues in the rear, where supporting people in uniform has become a national cause. Every responsible citizen today contributes to the common Victory over the enemy,” the Head of the Republic emphasized.

Sergey Aksenov stated:

We have made our choice. And today Russia is moving forward powerfully and confidently. No one and nothing can stop us as long as we are together. We know that the truth is behind us. We believe in Russia. We believe in our President. We believe in our future. We are confident in our Victory. Crimea — Russia! Forever! Long live Russia!

Next, the Governor of the Hero City of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, delivered a welcoming speech.

The event was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, Honorary Consul of Nicaragua in the Republic of Crimea, Hero of Russia Oleg Belaventsev, and others.
