Sergei Aksyonov thanked FSB officers for detaining Ukrainian intelligence agents in Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, expressed gratitude to the employees of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the detention of three agents of the Ukrainian military intelligence — here are the details.
In the Republic of Crimea and in the city of Sevastopol, more Ukrainian agents have been detained who were planning terrorist attacks on important sites. I thank the FSB officers for their systematic, effective work. The enemies must know that no conspiracy measures will save them. They will find and punish everyone— the Head of Crimea said in his comment.
It is reported that the detainees – two Russian citizens and one Moldovan citizen – were planning to carry out explosions in Crimea. As specified by the Public Relations Center of the Russian FSB, the saboteurs’ targets included a pumping station supplying water to the hero city of Kerch. In addition, they were collecting information about Russian military personnel.
Currently, the detainees are giving confessions, a range of operational-search measures and investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of their illegal activities in the interests of the special services of Ukraine.
