Sergei Aksyonov thanked the medical workers of Crimea for helping new regions of Russia and saving the lives of the participants of the Northern Military District

The Head of the Republic of Crimea presented state awards and insignia as part of a gala event dedicated to Medical Worker Day. Addressing those present, Sergei Aksenov emphasized that the attention and care with which medical workers surround their patients deserve deep respect.

Sergei Aksyonov expressed gratitude to the republic’s doctors for their selfless work, which is important for all Crimeans.
Thank you for everything you do for our medicine, as well as for your help to the historical regions of Russia. Thank you for all the lives saved by the soldiers participating in the special military operation— thanked the Head of the Republic.
As the Head of Crimea emphasized, the development of the healthcare system remains one of the most important areas of activity for authorities at all levels.
Since returning to our historical homeland, we have gone through a difficult path; each of us has seen what medicine was and what it has become. Many problems have been solved, but we still have to solve even more problems. With joint efforts, with the support of the President and the entire country, we will definitely cope. Let’s move forward together! – concluded the Head of the Republic.
Then Sergey Aksyonov presented awards to Crimean healthcare workers: the Order “For Fidelity to Duty”, Certificates of Honor from the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Gratitude from the Head of the Republic of Crimea, and Distinctive insignia “Watch from the Head of the Republic of Crimea”.
