According to the head of the Kerch city administration, Svyatoslav Brusakov, the municipality is currently working on filling parking lots in local areas with crushed stone. Of the 185 parking lots declared by local residents, 60 have been completed. At the same time, the construction of container sites continues — 34 out of 85 objects have been prepared for operation. In accordance with the instructions of the Head of the Republic to dismantle abandoned objects of unfinished construction in the courtyards of apartment buildings, the administration has identified 39 unfinished projects, which It is planned to liquidate before the end of this year.

Sergey Aksyonov drew the attention of the city leadership to the need to cut trees along power lines. According to Svyatoslav Brusakov, together with specialists from the Kerch Distribution Zone, the administration has identified the areas where the wires are most likely to break, and crews have already begun cutting. Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk added that similar work is being carried out in all municipalities of the republic.

At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov noted that piles of garbage are still not removed from the city, cut branches accumulate, and curb strips are not cleaned.

It is necessary to strengthen the work of public utilities in this direction. Sanitation and cleaning are performed poorly. There is also a big question regarding the landscaping of the recreation park and embankment. This is the city center, a point of attraction for residents and tourists, and the quality of the lawns leaves much to be desired— said the Head of Crimea, instructing to organize the sowing of lawn grass and its irrigation.

In addition, the Head of the Republic criticized the maintenance of the territories near the Great Mithridatic Stairs.

The next point of inspection was the MBOU of the city of Kerch RK “School No. 2”, located on Gudovantseva Street. Sergei Aksyonov spoke with the leadership of the educational institution. It is noted that the school needs to replace the flooring. The bathrooms are currently being renovated and should be completed by the start of the school year. The head of the republic pointed out the insufficient level of improvement of the school area.

Next, Sergei Aksyonov inspected a number of adjacent areas of the MKD and talked with Kerchan residents. In particular, residents of house No. 11 on Furmanov Street complained about poor quality work performed during the installation of sewer pipes. The administration leadership has been instructed to clear the bank of the Bulganak River, which flows near the MKD, from reed thickets.

The head of Crimea criticized the condition of the courtyard of house No. 35 at the intersection of Kazakova and Voikova streets and instructed the city administration to draw up an action plan to correct the situation, including work on filling the soil areas with crushed stone, installing sewer hatches on open manholes, and removing large-sized waste. It is reported that next year the house will participate in the federal project «Formation of a comfortable urban environment» of the national project «Housing and urban environment».

Among the reasons for the unsatisfactory maintenance of local areas, Svyatoslav Brusakov named the process of changing the management organization. As Sergey Aksyonov emphasized, it is necessary to ensure in advance that the new organization has the appropriate licenses to carry out activities in order to avoid temporary gaps in the provision of services to residents of apartment buildings.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov recalled that the Housing Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea, together with the administrations of municipalities, harmonizes the tariff for the maintenance and repair of common property of all apartment buildings in the republic.
