We see that 80 years have passed, but the story is repeated. In the world, only strength methods are dominated, only power approaches, unfortunately. Diplomacy is a secondary issue. I am sure that so far nothing will change to power in Washington and other countries, which are configured for a complete dominance in the world.

80 years ago, on February 4, 1945, during the Second World War, the Yalta (Crimean) conference «Big Three» was opened: leaders of the main countries of the anti -Hitler coalition — the USSR, Great Britain and the USA. The decision made at this meeting laid the foundations of the post -war world order and designed the division of spheres of influence between Western states and the Soviet Union. The conference ended on February 11, 1945.

In the celebration of anniversary events, the leadership and deputies of the Republic of Crimea, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia, the leadership of the city of Yalta, political scientists and scientists will take part.
