Sergey Aksyonov: 30 million rubles have been allocated for work on insulating external heating systems
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Feedback from consumers is still not debugged. Within a week, you need to simplify the dialing system, determine one number for receiving applications, and allocate a line for working with people in emergency situations– the press service quotes the Head of the Republic.
According to information from the General Director of Krymenergo, Vyacheslav Gaiduk, to date, to prevent potential theft of electricity and manual intervention in the operation of transformer substations, the company has sealed about 1 thousand metering devices.
About 800 more points remain in operation. Most of the problem areas are located in the city of Simferopol, Simferopol district and on the South Bank. We plan to completely complete the sealing towards the end of next week, – said the general director of Krymenergo.
In turn, Sergey Aksyonov noted that in the future, opening of seals should be carried out exclusively in the presence of the heads of the distribution zone.
In addition, the company continues to process applications for technological connections. By October of this year, it is planned to eliminate the debt accumulated over 2015–2021. The connection schedule will be published on the official website of Krymenergo in the near future.
The head of Crimea also recalled the need to strengthen efforts to trim tree crowns along power lines.
The work is being carried out by Krymenergo together with municipal administrations. If emergencies arise again as a result of bad weather, an official investigation will be initiated against officials who did not carry out pruning on time — emphasized the Head of the Republic.
At a meeting with the management of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymteplokommunenergo”, Sergei Aksyonov paid attention to the issue of insulation of pipelines of overhead heating networks. It is reported that 30 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes, which will reduce the level of heat loss and save the company about 16 million rubles by the end of this year.
It is also necessary to tidy up the appearance of all external networks, primarily in the courtyards of apartment buildings— instructed the Head of Crimea.
In addition, the Head of the Republic set the task for Krymteplokommunenergo to study the issue of a complete transition to individual heating in apartment buildings, most of whose residents had previously been disconnected from the central heating supply. Each situation must be worked out individually.
Summing up the results of the meetings, Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that work to improve the efficiency of resource supply organizations will continue.
These meetings will be held weekly until the resolution of pressing issues reaches the finish line,” explained the Head of Crimea.
Separately, the Head of the Republic instructed the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk, to monitor the implementation of previously made decisions, including the repair of roofs at five addresses in the hero city of Kerch, for which 21 million rubles were allocated.
It is necessary to understand why the allocated funds were not used in full. I think the guilty official should be reprimanded, even if it is directly the head of the city administrationemphasizes the Head of the Republic.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov informed about measures to provide water to four settlements in the Leninsky district.
By the end of this year, the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Water of Crimea” will complete the necessary activities in the villages of Stantsionnoye, Belinskoye, Novootradnoye, Zolotoe. It is planned to loop the system. Funds in the amount of 46 million rubles have been provided,” said the Head of Crimea.
It is also noted that within a month “Water of Crimea” will take over the balance of the network in the Oktyabrskoye village of Krasnogvardeysky district.
