Sergey Aksyonov: «Almost everyone today is working for overputing plans»

Sergei Aksyonov noted that today the cash regulations for the execution of budgets are carried out at the proper level in most of the municipalities.

Almost everyone today is working to overwhelm plans. At the same time, I remind you that when forming the budget, a list of protected planned articles should be determined. Directions that need to be provided with financing without fail, include the repair and maintenance of the road network, sanitary cleaning and cleaning. In order to not work out that in the middle of the year the administration ends resources to maintain cleanliness and order in the municipality— said the head of Crimea.

According to the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, for 4 months of 2025, 10.1 billion rubles were received in local budgets. The indicator increased by 2.5 billion rubles compared to the same period last year. The best results are noted in the cities of Alushta and Yalta, the Bakhchisaray and Saksky districts.

At the same time, the Dzhankoy, Krasnogvardeisky and Nizhnyansky districts are at the risk zone for the maintenance of the cash plans, where the execution is 28-30 % against the planned 33 %. Irina Kiviko emphasized the need to strengthen this work to achieve planned indicators.

Separately, Sergey Aksyonov dwelled on the issue of repair and maintenance of roads in municipalities. As the head of the Crimea emphasized, the corresponding plans are determined together with the State Unitary Enterprise of the Krymavtodor RK.

For the designated goals, the enterprise received about 1 billion rubles last week. The obligations of Krymavtodor include patching, marking, installing traffic lights, clearing roadside lanes within 10 meters from roads. These are all protected articles. When forming the budget, funds are initially laid on all 15 thousand kilometers of roads. In recent years, thanks to the support of our president in Crimea, the number of repaired roads has increased significantly, both residents and guests of the republic noted. Now it is necessary to focus on their content, go from quantity to quality, since it is on this that their service life depends— emphasized the head of the republic.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov recalled the requirement to use high -quality crushed stone when grading and dumping ground roads to prevent dust formation. At the same time, the acceptance of the work on profiling must be carried out in the presence of the heads of administrations, which should be convinced that the interests of citizens are in full.

Sergei Aksyonov added that all plans for the maintenance of the territories of settlements in municipalities should be verified before June 1.

A single standard is provided for all areas of responsibility, including equalization of lawns, pruning of dry grass, street lighting and so on. This applies to both urban settlements and rural settlements. The approach is the same everywhere. You need to understand how many people, equipment and other tools you need. This work needs to be completed— entrusted the head of Crimea.
