The younger generation of Crimeans is wonderful with us. Thanks to strong teachers and mentors, the guys get a good education, are ready to work for the good of their native republic. So that the youth does not drop their hands, but a positive attitude to work is preserved, the authorities, together with representatives of educational institutions and potential employers, must provide assistance in employment. Strong attention should be paid to each of the graduates of colleges and technical schools. A young specialist should understand the employment algorithm, as well as the prospects for further professional growth— believes the head of Crimea.
Separately, Sergey Aksyonov dwelled on the need to organize training in colleges and technical schools on new equipment. “It is necessary to keep up with the times, constantly update the existing equipment and equipment, so that when entering work, the guys do not have to retrain.
