Sergey Aksyonov came to Yalta on a working trip
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, as part of a working trip to the Yalta city district, visited a number of resource supply organizations and talked with managers and specialists of enterprises. When visiting the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Vodokanal of the Southern Coast of Crimea”, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the need to reduce losses in water supply networks.
It is necessary to use simple and inexpensive, but effective solutions to minimize losses; it is preferable to carry out work in a self-help manner. Even spot repairs in small areas of the water supply system will provide a tangible economic effect. In Yalta’s networks, the level of losses is high, it needs to be reduced to at least 20-22 percent, and in the future brought to standard levels– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.
Sergey Aksyonov also instructed to optimize the company’s staffing in terms of administrative personnel.
The head of the water supply service, Andrey Cherkasov, in turn, informed about the work being carried out to identify hidden leaks, water thefts and unauthorized connections to water supply and sewerage systems.
Then Sergey Aksyonov visited the Southern Electric Networks of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo», where he met with the head of the enterprise, Roman Nabokov.
The head of the republic emphasized that obligations on technical connections to power grids must be fulfilled and conditions for direct payments by consumers for electricity must be created, in addition, the level of losses in power grids must be reduced to 5-6%.
All cases of electricity theft must be detected; unaccounted for consumption is unacceptable. Ensuring a decent level of remuneration for electricians also requires special attention. The company has reserves for this– notes the Head of Crimea.
Next, Sergey Aksyonov visited the Yalta branch of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymteplokommunenergo”. During the conversation, the director of the branch, Georgy Osipov, said that preparations for the heating season in Yalta are proceeding as usual, and commissioning work is currently underway in the boiler houses. If necessary, the supply of additional backup equipment will be arranged.
Sergey Aksyonov pointed out that to save money and increase the efficiency of heat supply, it is necessary to use all opportunities.
Management organizations of apartment buildings must carry out work to minimize heat loss on networks and in entrances. A list of activities should be developed for each house together with the municipal administrationsays the Head of the Republic.
During the Head of Crimea’s visit to the Yalta gas management department of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymgazseti”, the progress of construction of the gas pipeline of the Veseloye gas distribution station — the village of Koreiz was discussed; the work is planned to be completed in November 2024. The second stage to the village of Foros is at the design stage.
According to Sergei Aksenov, the staffing levels of resource supply organizations need to be optimized, first of all, this concerns the excess number of management personnel. At the same time, it is important to retain as many specialists working on the ground as possible.
Also during the working trip, Sergei Aksyonov got acquainted with the progress of construction of a multidisciplinary medical center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal Scientific and Clinical Center for Specialized Types of Medical Care and Medical Technologies FMBA” in Yalta.
In addition, the Head of the Republic and the head of the Gurzuf territorial body, Viktor Gamal, inspected the center of the village of Gurzuf.
Summing up the results of the working trip, Sergei Aksyonov appreciated the work of the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, and the administration as a whole in terms of planning and assigning territories to responsible officials.
Some issues are still unresolved, in particular, landscaping and lawn care. I hope that the leadership of the municipality will be able to not only achieve good results, but also maintain and increase them— said the Head of Crimea and assured that regular field visits will continue.
In addition, the Head of the Republic reported that in Yalta an audit of abandoned real estate properties that were never completed was underway.
