Sergey Aksyonov: Crimea continues to increase pace in promoting its tourist potential

The Grand Prix was awarded in four nominations in which Crimean projects won an absolute victory. This is the «region of tourist routes», «region of family recreation», «region of patriotic tourism», «the best regional project in the field of agro -industrial tourism— said the head of the republic.

In addition, from April 24 to 26 in Voronezh, the All -Russian contest “Tourist Cities” was held, three Crimean cities were among the winners.

Evpatoria won the Grand Prix in the nomination “City of Cultural Heritage” and the first place in the nomination “City of Family Rest”. The city of Saki was awarded first place in the nomination «City of Sanatorium and High -Medical Tourism», and to the old Crimea — the second place in the nomination «City of tourist and excursion routes, — — The head of Crimea notes.

The projects were defended by the team of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea on the proposal of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea.

The success of Crimea was the result of the intense joint work of the authorities and representatives of the tourist business. For our region, this is an incentive to move further in the development of the industry and the preservation of natural, cultural and historical heritage, to improve the quality of service of our guests— concluded the head of the republic.

REFERENCE. According to the results of the 2024 season, 47 regions in 20 official nominations reached the final of the IV All -Russian Prize “Regions of Tourism and Hospital”.

In the final of the II All -Russian Prize «Tourist Cities» for the title of best, 84 cities from 57 regions in 25 official nominations fought.
