Sergey Aksyonov: Krymenergo must fully fulfill its obligations regarding technical connections to power grids
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov stated the need to strengthen work on implementing measures for technological connections to power grids during a working meeting on optimizing the activities of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo”.
The head of the republic stated that the company’s previously accepted obligations to connect citizens to the power grids have not been fully fulfilled to date. At the same time, Sergey Aksyonov expressed hope that the new head of Krymenergo, Maksim Shklyarsky, will be able to improve this direction.
Residents of Simferopol, Saksky, Bakhchisarai and other districts continue to receive complaints about violations of the terms of execution of contracts for technological connections. Each complaint must be reviewed manually. At the same time, Krymenergo needs to determine a clear sequence of work. I believe that it is important to comply with the principle of social justice and first of all process already paid applications for previous years, proceeding by the date of receipt of applications— the Head of Crimea expressed his opinion.
Sergei Aksyonov gave the order to determine the procedure for implementing technical connections for each municipality.
Maksim Shklyarsky reported that the schedules will be developed within a week, and applicants will be divided into specific categories to speed up the procedure.
We have already begun implementing one of the stages. It includes the execution of contracts, debts for which have accumulated over several years. The obligations have already been closed at those addresses where construction of additional infrastructure was not required.— said the head of Krymenergo, adding that if any controversial cases or questions arise, Crimeans can contact him directly through personal page on the social network VKontakte.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov noted the still insufficient level of work of the hotlines of Krymenergo and other resource supplying organizations.
Amid the hot weather, a fairly large number of emergency power outages continue to be recorded. However, hotlines are not processing incoming calls effectively. Call center operators need to develop a clear algorithm of actions that will be used in case of emergency situations. The response should occur without delays so that citizens understand when and what result to expect. It is also imperative to use all available channels in social networks to inform the population as much as possible. The same applies to other resource supplying organizations, – the Head of the Republic emphasized.
In turn, the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Sadakliev, informed about the established interaction on the operation of hotlines between all resource supplying organizations.
We also checked the work of municipal administration hotlines. Feedback is maintained at a more or less adequate level. If it is suddenly impossible to get through to the hotline, Crimeans can contact by numbers Unified duty-dispatch services of the Republic of Crimea in municipalities or by phone of the operational duty officer of the Ministry of Emergency Situations 8-3652-51-01-10. In case of threat to life and health — by number 112— he explained. Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov drew attention to the problem of hostels located in the hero city of Kerch. «For residents of about 30 hostels, it is necessary to establish a preferential tariff for electricity,» the Head of Crimea set the task.
Maksym Shklyarsky emphasized that a corresponding roadmap is being prepared. In the near future, residents will be accepted for direct preferential payments with Krymenergo.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Igor Mikhailichenko.
