Sergey Aksyonov: “May Day is about the ideals of creation and social justice that are close to the people of Russia”

May 1 is one of the most popular holidays in our country. Of course, the traditional May Day has long been unrelated to its original ideological content. Today is the Spring and Labor Festival. It reminds us not only of spring warmth and outdoor recreation, but above all of the high ideals of creativity and social justice that are close to our people.

Social support for citizens is one of the key areas of state policy. Expenditures on social protection and employment in our republic last year alone amounted to more than 23.7 billion rubles.

A working person is the salt of the earth, the support of the state and society. This is everyone who honestly and conscientiously fulfills their duty, who works for the benefit of our country, who contributes to the development of the Fatherland.

Thank you to all my fellow countrymen for your selfless work, for your love for Russia and your native land. This is the key to our Victory, all our successes!
