CrimeaPRESS reports:
The legislative activity of deputies in the State Duma of the Russian Federation was discussed.
The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a working meeting with deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from Crimea: Mikhail Sheremet, Yuri Nesterenko, Konstantin Bakharev, Leonid Ivlev, Leonid Babashov. Opening the meeting, Sergei Aksyonov noted that deputies from Crimea take an active position in parliament and thanked them for their work for the benefit of Crimeans.
You are responsible for communication between our citizens and federal, republican and municipal authorities. There should always be contact so that people can overcome administrative barriers when resolving their issues. At the moment there is little contact with people. Based on the results of a joint analysis of the activities of the local deputy corps with the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, management decisions will be made. This will help improve your work efficiency. Crimeans should know exactly where and to whom they can turn for a solution to the problem, especially since they are the ones who will give the final assessment of the work of the deputies representing the State Duma of the Russian Federationsaid the Head of Crimea.
In turn, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, said that a full-fledged team of deputies from the Republic of Crimea has been formed in the State Duma, and interaction has been organized between the legislative bodies of the country and the republic.
Lobbying the interests of Crimea at the federal level is the main task of our deputies. We have a lot of work to do, I am sure that with joint efforts we will cope with everything,” emphasized Vladimir Konstantinov.
Deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from Crimea spoke about important bills for the republic, in the work on which they took part.
Konstantin Bakharev reported that this year a law was adopted on the terms of licensing of medical organizations in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol — the transition period was extended for two years. In addition, changes have been made to the law on viticulture and agriculture — measures of state gratuitous support have been expanded. Amendments have also been adopted to the law on a free economic zone on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol: the executive authorities of Crimea and Sevastopol may impose additional obligations on developers to transfer certain housing stock objects into state or municipal ownership of part of the constructed stock for further transfer to privileged categories of citizens , orphans, as well as for relocating citizens from emergency housing. Another important issue is the federal budget for 2024 and the next three years. The interests of the Republic of Crimea should be taken into account in all areas.
Mikhail Sheremet informed about the adopted bills regarding anti-corruption activities, and also announced the transfer to the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of powers to issue reprimands against the heads of municipalities. In addition, the deputy said that a bill on assigning the status of a combat disabled person to civilian participants in the Northern Military District with the acquisition of corresponding social benefits is at the examination stage.
