Sergey Aksyonov noted that construction at the sites is currently being carried out with the predicted delay from the schedule.

Denis Petrovich, together with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Mikhailovich Gotsanyuk, visited the sites and assessed the implementation of projects aimed at improving the environmental situation in the republic.– said the Head of Crimea.

The head of the republic also expressed gratitude to the general director of the Russian Ecological Operator for his personal participation and support for the implementation of major projects aimed at improving the environmental situation in Crimea.

In turn, Denis Butsaev reported that the construction of eco-technoparks in the Belogorsk and Saksky districts is planned to be completed in the third quarter and put into operation by the end of autumn of this year. «The facilities will process a total of 700 thousand tons of solid municipal waste annually, and more than 500 jobs will be created there– notes the general director of REO.

REFERENCE. An eco-technopark with a capacity of 500 thousand tons per year is being built in the Belogorsk district, 160 thousand tons per year in the Leninsky district, and 200 thousand tons per year in the Saksky district. The facilities will be used to receive solid municipal waste, crush large-sized materials and waste from the general flow of MSW, as well as for sorting, selecting and accumulating secondary material resources and for composting the organic fraction — «screenings» with accumulation.
