Sergey Aksyonov outlined what the renovation of rural cultural centers and clubs in Crimea should be like
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The first point of inspection was the village of Elizavetovo, home to 840 residents. It is the second most populous in the Dobrushinsky rural settlement. The village is gasified.
According to the head of the Saki district administration, Vladislav Khadzhiev, it is planned to install a modular building for a medical and obstetric station in the settlement in 2025, and a corresponding project has already been prepared.
Sergei Aksyonov drew attention to a number of problems of the Elizavetovo rural club: insufficient lighting in the hall, lack of a heating system, leaking roof. The building was put into operation in 1973, and is currently undergoing cosmetic renovations by the institution. The head of the republic promised to find funds to resolve the issues raised, as well as to provide the club with musical equipment and technology, costumes and other items necessary for children’s classes in clubs. In addition, the Head of Crimea instructed the administration of the Saki district to work on the issue of organizing sports sections on the basis of the club.
Next, Sergei Aksyonov visited the Elizavetovskaya Secondary School, where double-glazed windows are being replaced and the gym is being renovated. The head of the republic noted the need to equip a ventilation system in the dining room, and then talked with the teaching staff and students of the institution.
During their conversation with the Head of Crimea, residents of Elizavetov spoke about frequent breakdowns in water and electricity supply networks. Sergei Aksenov gave instructions to consider the possibility of replacing a rural transformer substation to stabilize the voltage. It is also reported that the municipal enterprise that provides water supply and sanitation services to the local population, Crimean Water Company LLC, promises to repair utility networks by the end of the year.
In the village of Dobrushino, the Head of the Republic inspected the local cultural center. The building needs to repair the roof, provide the premises in which classes are held with electric heating and new double-glazed windows. The institution also needs to equip a bathroom. In the near future, specialists from the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea will visit the institution to make all the calculations.
Sergei Aksyonov visited another cultural center in the village of Suvorovskoye, where children from neighboring rural settlements also come to study. The head of Crimea promised to consider options for constructing a modular extension — primarily for choreography classes. In addition, assistance will be provided in purchasing the required lighting equipment for the stage and stage clothing. At the MBOU “Suvorov Secondary School named after D.A. Sarukhanov», where about 520 children study, the Head of the Republic inspected the school canteen, gym, and the office of the Youth Army members.
In Kamenolomna, the Head of Crimea inspected the first aid station and assessed the progress of the construction of the playground and the new gym.
Among other things, Sergei Aksyonov announced the decision to organize a mini-football field in the Suvorovsky rural settlement at the request of its residents. The sports space is planned to be equipped this year. In addition, patching of the road network will be carried out in the settlement.
At the end of the working trip, the Head of the Republic visited the village of Koltsovo, where he inspected the local cultural center. A decision was announced to provide assistance in purchasing the necessary equipment, as well as to calculate the cost of repairing the roof of the building, replacing double-glazed windows and organizing heating in the classrooms in which classes are conducted.
At the same time, Sergei Aksenov noted the economic inexpediency of carrying out major repairs of some clubs and cultural centers built in Soviet times, since they do not meet modern requirements or are too dilapidated.
In all specific cases, we will work out the most optimal solution options, including conservation of the old building or construction of a modular building, if this is economically justified— said the Head of Crimea, emphasizing the importance of creating conditions for proper recreation and cultural development of Crimeans.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov informed that bitumen emulsion was successfully used to remove dust from the road surface on the dirt roads of the Sizovsky rural settlement. In this regard, the Head of Crimea ordered, using new technology, to clean up the streets in the resort villages of the Saki region before the start of the new tourist season.
The Head of the Republic also drew the attention of the head of the Saki district administration to the need to fence off ownerless and empty buildings if it is not possible to dismantle them or sell them.
Separately, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the issue of organized transportation of preschool children to kindergartens. This problem is especially acute for citizens who do not have personal transport, and the nearest kindergarten is located in a neighboring village. The head of the republic set the task for the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea to study and propose options for resolving the issue, including the possible organization of specialized transport.
REFERENCE. The network of cultural and leisure club-type institutions of the Republic of Crimea includes 499 cultural centers and clubs, of which more than 180 are in need of repair or are in disrepair. In 2024, 15 facilities will be repaired within the framework of existing programs, and the overhaul of another 14 institutions is planned to be completed in 2025.
