Sergey Aksyonov: permitting documents for legal construction projects should be issued to developers without bureaucracy
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea took part in the board of the Ministry of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Crimea. During the event, issues of activity in the construction sector and housing policy and development prospects were discussed.
According to Sergei Aksenov, one of the main tasks facing the ministry is to exercise control over construction in the region.
All permits for legal construction projects should be issued to developers without problems, and illegal construction should not exist in principle. Work is considered effective if illegal construction is prevented or detected at the excavation stage and stopped, — said the Head of Crimea.
At the same time, as Sergei Aksyonov noted, it is important to identify unfinished and abandoned unused buildings everywhere and draw up an action plan for such facilities.
Also during the board meeting, the Head of the Republic supported the initiative of the Ministry of Housing Policy of the Republic of Crimea to introduce an increased tax rate on unfinished buildings for the entire period until the completion of construction.
Separately, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the issue of adopting master plans for municipalities.
Amendments to the master plans of municipalities must be timely. Administrations are obliged to strictly adhere to the approved schedule and not postpone planned dates. Each master plan must be carefully considered, worked out to the smallest detail.– emphasizes the Head of Crimea.
In addition, Nikita Tarasov, Minister of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Crimea, informed about the current situation in the construction industry of Crimea.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Mikhail Nazarov, heads of municipal administrations, and representatives of subordinate institutions.
