Sergey Aksyonov spoke about Krymenergo and inspections of resource supply organizations

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a series of meetings to optimize the work of resource supply organizations and other institutions in Crimea.

Construction.

Together with specialists from the State Public Institution “Investstroy of the Republic of Crimea”, we discussed the implementation of construction projects within the framework of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”.

There is a backlog for some objects. The reasons are different: in some places there are not enough workers, in others legal complications have arisen, in others there are delays in the delivery of the necessary equipment. It is necessary to find the optimal solution for all problematic issues in the shortest possible time. We cannot allow the funds allocated to us to return to the federal budget, because the republic could not use them— said the Head of Crimea.

Investstroy also continues to reduce the regulated terms of procedures when agreeing on technical specifications and designing construction work.

At a working meeting on problematic issues, the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo” discussed the implementation of technological connections to power grids, measures to reduce losses in networks, the implementation of the investment program for 2023, and more.

Crimeans began to celebrate the work of Krymenergo in a positive way. Now, first of all, it is necessary to speed up the implementation of all tasks planned for this year. It is important that the management of the enterprise understands for what reasons difficulties may arise at the facilities: in documentation, with the contractor or during procurement. Time is our main resource, and we must not waste it— indicated the Head of the Republic.

According to Sergei Aksenov, today Krymenergo carries out on average about 250 technical connections per week in order to fall within the framework of the program and the designated time frame. It was decided that all technical connections that do not require additional construction work should be completed by the end of this year. The rest – until April 1, 2024.

Also, by the end of this year, illegal charges for electricity payments will be recalculated. This mainly concerns legal entities that received invoices for unreasonably large amounts. All requests on this issue can be sent directly to the general director of the enterprise.

In addition, work is underway to simplify the program through which you can apply for technological connection to electrical networks. Elements that complicated registration in your personal account have been eliminated. This allowed the number of applications to almost double.

Roads.

During the meeting with the management of the State Institution “Road Service of the Republic of Crimea”, the issue of cash execution, guarantee maintenance of roads and other control measures were considered.

The main task of the institution today is to develop a mechanism through which we can increase the passability of rural roads. In particular, we are talking about those streets where remnants of asphalt pavement remain. We need to find the most optimal, effective and inexpensive way to restore roads in villages,” noted the Head of Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov also pointed out the need to cooperate only with conscientious contractors who always fulfill their obligations for warranty maintenance of roads after completion of construction and repair work.

Another task is to ensure proper construction of interchanges during highway construction. New interchanges cannot make life easier for drivers, but completely ignore the needs of people who will have to make a detour of 6-12 kilometers to get out of their locality. In addition, he instructed the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea, Nikolai Nikolayevich Lukashenko, to regulate traffic lights in cities in the “green wave” mode. This will help further ensure road safetysaid the Head of Crimea.

Investments.

During a visit to JSC Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov instructed to compile a list of investors working in Crimea and responsible persons to whom projects are assigned.

The Corporation’s management must clearly understand when this or that agreement was concluded, the timing of its implementation, and at what stage of execution it is now. All objects must be maintained manually; lag behind the schedule is unacceptable. These are not only taxes and contributions to the budget of the republic, but also jobs for our citizens— emphasized the Head of the Republic.

At the same time, Sergei Aksenov added that he will continue to visit Crimean institutions and enterprises.
