The new route will simplify logistics between Crimea and new regions of the Russian Federation.
According to the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, together with the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, the federal government is preparing a justification for the construction of the Simferopol-Dzhankoy highway to Rostov-on-Don through the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
Funding has not yet been determined, as has its execution — two or four lanes. After the report, the source of funding will be clear to the President.,” the Head of Crimea emphasized.
At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov added that the repair of the main road through Dzhankoy will be carried out within the framework of the Federal Target Program.
