Sergey Aksyonov: There is no energy deficit in the Crimea — there will be no fan shutdown

Krympress reports:

Large accidents at energy infrastructure facilities due to the growth of electricity consumption were not recorded in the summer in the Republic of Crimea. Fan ships will not be introduced to restrict the electricity consumption, the head of the region Sergey Aksenov told reporters.

To date, the summer peak power of electricity consumption in the Crimean energy system has amounted to 1,687 MW (taking into account the city of Sevastopol), without taking into account Sevastopol — 1,348 MW. However, there is no energy deficit, everything is working standard, large accidents are not recorded. There will be no fan shutdown or graphs— said the head of the region.

On July 30, in the united energy system of the South, which is located in the territory of 19 southern regions of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, a new value of the maximum of summer electricity consumption at 21,345 MW was established. It exceeded the record indicator established earlier this month.
