According to our Patriarch, the resurrection of the Savior is not just a historical event that we learn from sacred texts, it is the cornerstone of faith, eternal news, a source of thought, surprise, gratitude and hope.

In Crimea, on ancient Christian land, the good news of resurrection sounds especially solemn. It sounds in ancient cave monasteries and in new temples, in the walls of revived shrines and in our homes. She inspires confidence in the victory of good over evil, life over death. The fact that the power of faith uniting us and the help of God will help our people overcome any trials. So it was more than once in the history of Russia, so it will be now.
