Sergey Aksyonov: “To ensure uniform filling of kindergartens in villages, it is necessary to organize the transportation of preschoolers”
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, in his Telegram channel, voiced options for solving the problem of uneven filling of kindergartens in different localities of Crimea.
As the Head of the Republic clarified, some preschool education institutions have free places, while others need to create them.
In 18 municipalities, the number of children enrolled in kindergartens is less than the design capacity allows. The number of available places in these municipalities ranges from 400 to 1,200. At the same time, in those rural settlements where there are few children, it is not practical to build kindergartens– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.
According to Sergei Aksenov, there are several ways to solve this problem.
Firstly, repurpose and open early development groups for children under 3 years old. We have more than 40 thousand of them. Secondly, organize the transportation of preschoolers by buses, including those accompanied by a teachernotes the Head of the Republic.
However, regular school buses must be equipped with a child restraint system.
We are currently studying the market for producing buses specifically for transporting preschool children. The Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea sent a corresponding request to the federal ministry, — says the Head of Crimea.
In addition, it is possible to pay compensation to parents for transporting children. According to Sergei Aksenov, such a practice already exists in the republic.
