Sergey Aksyonov visited the Cathedral Mosque Crimea

The monumental, majestic building is a symbol of the interethnic and interfaith consent of all Crimeans. Here, the culture and traditions of the Crimean Tatar people, whom everyone can get to know, is fully reflected. According to Sergei Aksyonov, both the Cathedral Mosque and the Cathedral of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral became a real decoration of the republic and points of attraction for tourists.
Starting in March, the mosque opens to visit. The work schedule will be formed between prayers for the convenience of parishioners and visitors.
Also, Sergey Aksyonov congratulated all the Muslims of Crimea on the upcoming month of Ramadan.
In turn, the Mufti of the Muslims of Crimea Haji Emirali Ablaev expressed gratitude to Sergey Aksyonov for assistance in the construction of the mosque, for constant support.
The mosque was the president’s gift for all of us, the universal property, the pride of all Crimeans, all Russians. It is in this spirit that we must educate our society— said Mufti Muslims of Crimea.
REFERENCE. The Cathedral Mosque of Crimea is the largest mosque in the region and Eastern Europe. The building accommodates 1,800 people in the pupil hall and 2,000 people in the courtyard. The architectural ensemble includes 4 minarets, one main dome, 8 small half -bells and 150 marble columns. The interior of the mosque includes a painting with elements of old Old Office and Crimean Tatar ornamentalism, Calligraphy and Surah of the Qur’an.
