Sergiy Dvurechensky appointed Acting Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of Crimea

Sergei Dvurechensky, who previously held the position of First Deputy Minister, will temporarily act as Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea. This is discussed in decree Heads of the RK.
Assign temporarily the duties of the Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea to Dvurechensky Sergey Aleksandrovich, First Deputy Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimeathe document says.
At the ministerial post, Sergei Dvurechensky replaced the recently retired Vladimir Tregub, who became the head of the branch of the state fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» in Crimea.
Sergey Dvurechensky is 46 years old. He is a native of the Lipetsk region. In 1997 he graduated from a branch of the Higher Military Aviation Engineering School (Voronezh), specializing in command. In 2020, he graduated from the Crimean branch of the Russian State University of Justice under the program «State and Municipal Administration». In 2021, he graduated from the branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation under the program «Training of management teams of the Republic of Crimea». According to the biographical information on the portal of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, in Crimea, Sergei Dvurechensky, since October 2014, has held various positions within the Anti-Corruption Committee. Since April 2021 — First Deputy Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea.
It should be noted that Dvurechensky has many awards from the Republic of Crimea and the DPR, including the Order of St. George’s Cross, IV degree, medals «For Military Merit» and «Warrior-Internationalist».
