Sevastopol: All-Russian School of Service for Student Team Leaders is being held

For the second time, Sevastopol is becoming the venue for the All-Russian School of Service Teams for leaders of organizations in the field of service and hospitality. 70 representatives of student groups from 20 regions of Russia took part in the school. They discussed the prospects for the development of the service area, as well as the participation of organization members in all-Russian and interregional labor projects.

The All-Russian school for training leaders of service teams is a three-day event, during which representatives of student teams underwent professional training for high-quality organization and development of service areas in the regions of the Russian Federation, improving management skills, motivation and leadership qualities. During the school, conditions were created for the realization of the intellectual, creative and social needs of young people.

The program includes work in small groups, presentations, business games, lectures, trainings, master classes, exchange of experience and planning the work of regional headquarters of the youth all-Russian public organization “Russian Student Teams” until 2025. Participants attended educational lectures and trainings, practical sessions and a business program with the participation of the Deputy Governor of the city Igor Mikheev.

Such events are an important component for future career development. Participants get to know each other, apply their knowledge in practice, exchange experiences, and develop their leadership skills. This year, approximately 35,000 young people from across the country will serve as part of student service teams. In the area of ​​service, four all-Russian projects will be organized: “Mriya” — the sanatorium and resort complex Mriya Resort&Spa, Republic of Crimea, “Metropol” — Krasnodar Territory, the city of Gelendzhik, “Sochi-Park Hotel” — the city of Sochi, as well as “Runway” — Pulkovo Airport, St. Petersburg.
