Sevastopol and the Novgorod region today signed an agreement on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and other fields of activity. The document was signed by governors Mikhail Razvozhaev and Andrey Nikitin.

The signing of an agreement with the Government of Sevastopol is of great importance for the Novgorod region. This is a city with a legendary history, magnificent nature.
