Sevastopol beaches are preparing for the next bathing season

On behalf of the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev, work on the summer is underway for all 26 official city beaches.

The operators have already begun to prepare the territories assigned to them for a comfortable rest of residents and guests of Sevastopol. The list of necessary measures includes, for example, a diving examination of the bottom, training of sailors-rescuers, of course, repair and restoration work of the beach infrastructure, as well as various laboratory studies of water,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as Deputy Head of the Department of the Department of Municipal Economy, Arthur Umarov.

After the recent storm, the operators also led, where necessary, coastal stripes, pour pebbles and sand.

The beach «Soldier» is ready for 70% for the bathing season. The necessary laboratory studies of sea water, soil and diving examinations have already been conducted, but closer to the season we will invite divers once again. Arthur Umarov also noted that since the beginning of the year, a lot of work has been done to bring the beaches into the proper state after the incident with fuel oil. Every day, beaches operators are monitored by their territories for any pollution, including fuel oil emissions. The preparation of the beaches is on a planned manner, the situation is on control by relevant specialists.
