The names of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and the special military operation were assigned to 13 regional branches of the Unarmean movement of Russia. The only ceremony was held in the Moscow Patriot Park.
The Sevastopol branch was named after the hero of a special military operation, deputy commander of the Black Sea Fleet, captain of the 1st rank Andrei Nikolayevich Pali, who died in the battles for Mariupol in March 2022.
