In the Nakhimovsky district there is a final stage of large -scale repair of the retaining wall and strengthening the slope, which suffered from landslide in 2022. Despite the fact that the completion of the work was established on December 1, 2025, the contracting organization works ahead of schedule — all work is planned to be completed by mid -September 2025.

The object has become one of the priority in the framework of ensuring the transport security of the city. The landslide, which occurred in 2022 due to soil soil, led to the displacement of the earthen mass and created a threat to the movement of transport. On behalf of the Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, a decision was made to immediately carry out major repairs.

To date, about 95% of all planned events have been completed. Anchor piles are arranged with a depth of 6 to 14 meters, a protective retinal coating on an area of 2300 square meters is stretched — this is a special system that stabilizes the slope. In parallel, the retaining wall and the arrangement of a junk tray are restored for the removal of surface waters. Hydroposeus of herbs has also been carried out — this will help strengthen the upper layer of soil and prevent the shedding of small fractions on the roadway— said the director of the Directorate GKU Vladimir Davydchenko.

A contractor who has extensive experience in the construction of retaining structures in Crimea copes with the task without serious difficulties.

The work is held normally. No extreme difficulties arose. Now about 9 people are involved at the facility — mostly concrete workers, completing the repair of the wall. The warranty period for this building is 12 years. This is a reliable design that can withstand significant loads.

Among the key stages of the project are the installation of a temporary stone -based barrier, disassembling unstable stones, the organization of a climbing path for access to the slope and drilling of anchor fields. All work is carried out strictly according to the design documentation developed after the accident of 2022.

After the repair is completed, the road surface will be restored, marking and signs are set.
